How do I confirm my booking?

You'll receive written confirmation within 24 hours of deposit payment. Check your email and contact us if you don't receive it.

What should I bring?

Bring valid ID, personal toiletries, towels, swimwear, food/beverages, and any special items for activities you plan.

How do I get directions?

Detailed directions with GPS coordinates are provided upon booking confirmation. We can also provide landmark references.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 2 times per booking, at least 3 days before check-in. If the new dates cost more, you'll need to pay the difference. Subject to availability.

What if something is broken?

Report any issues immediately to management. We'll address problems quickly and document for proper resolution.

Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and ATMs are 10-15 minutes away. We can provide specific directions.

How do I extend my stay?

Contact management immediately to check availability. Extensions subject to booking schedule and rate differences.

WiFi not working?

Check network 'KampoIbayo_Guest' with password provided at check-in. Restart device if needed or contact staff.

Kitchen appliances issues?

Ensure proper setup - gas valves open, electrical connections secure. Contact staff for assistance with any equipment.

Pool or facility problems?

Report any safety concerns immediately. Non-urgent maintenance issues will be addressed as soon as possible.

Videoke or entertainment systems?

Instructions provided in common area. If systems malfunction, contact staff for assistance or troubleshooting.
